In this conference, abstract submissions are only accept in Poster format.

The abstracts must be submitted through your personal area of the website. Learn to create an account here. In case of doubt, check our support video.
The abstracts, with the maximum of 500 words, must comply with the following structure:
title, context and main goals, method, results and conclusions.
3-5 keywords.
Bibliography up to 5 referencies, optional (APA, 2010).
Names and institutions must not be referred in the text.
This is a blind review. The CV or the identification of the authors is not revealed in the review process.
The acceptance of the Poster proposal is made by the Scientific Committee of the conference, and the results will be communicated to the authors.
At least one author of each poster must be registered at the conference.
The Posters must be printed at A0 format- 1189 x 841 mm
Authors have the responsibility of bringing and putting up their Posters at the venue, between 8h30 and 9h30 on the 5th of April 2019.
There is a printing a service available. This requires both a subscription to this specific service as well the submission of the Poster as a PDF file on the personal area of the website, abstract tab. The Poster must respect the layout that this defined and uploaded until the the 1st of April 2019.
If the participants subscribe to the printing service, the conference’s staff ensures printing, transportation of the poster to the venue as well as posting.
